At Loopipak, our packaging is designed to last — and to be repaired.
Tear or wear? We extend the life of your packaging through quick patch repairs or more extensive repairs carried out by adapted work companies.
We also offer a periodic maintenance service for your packaging.

Warranty, maintenance and paid repair conditions for your Loopipak packaging
🔧 Repairs under warranty
Repairs are covered free of charge if the defect is due to a manufacturing fault or production issue occurring within 12 months of the packaging being put into use.
Examples of covered cases: poorly sewn seams at origin, incorrectly attached buckles, material defects.
🧵 Repairs outside warranty
Repairs due to normal wear and tear, improper use, or accidental damage (snagging, crushing, tearing, cuts, etc.) are invoiced based on the type of repair required.
Standard Repair Rate (Labour Only)
The rate is based on the time required for the repair, with an hourly rate of €30/hour excl. VAT (2025), indexed annually according to legal regulations.
For reference:
- Minor repairs (simple stitching, replacement of small accessories...) : between €8 and €15 excl. VAT per item
- More complex repairs (component replacement, major refurbishment...) : between €20 and €30 excl. VAT per item
A free quote can be requested prior to any repair (to be ticked in the form).
🧽 Periodic Maintenance
We also offer a maintenance service on request (cleaning, component check, minor refurbishment), billed based on the volume and condition of the packaging (to be ticked in the form).
🩹 Provision of Repair Patches for Minor Repairs
For customers who wish to carry out simple repairs themselves, we offer the shipment of repair patches (7x5 cm PVC stickers) printed with short messages promoting repair and reuse. This kit is available on request via the form below and can be tailored to the type of packaging concerned.
🚚 Shipping and return costs for the packaging are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a repair covered by the warranty.
